Public dashboard guide

Embed live revenue, on your terms.

VerifiedMRR lets you turn selected revenue aggregates into a hosted page or responsive iframe without exposing your private workspace. This guide covers every display option, the difference between public and link-only sharing, what the verification label means, and how to revoke a dashboard.

Share the proof, keep the boundary.

Four layouts

Publish a focused number, revenue chart, project breakdown, or full dashboard. Create several independent variations for different pages or audiences.

Four amount modes

Show exact values, compact rounded values, a verified range, or hide amounts while retaining the period, source status, and selected supporting context.

Public or link-only

Choose an indexable public page with a readable URL or an unlisted high-entropy link marked noindex. Every iframe is noindex.

FAQ

Before you connect a provider.

Can I create more than one public dashboard?

Yes. You can create multiple independent variations, each with its own visibility, URL, status, project scope, period, layout, value display, and appearance.

What is the difference between public and link-only?

A public hosted page uses a readable URL and is indexable. A link-only page uses a high-entropy unlisted URL and is marked noindex. Link-only prevents normal discovery; it is not authentication, so anyone with the URL can view it.

Will the embed help link back to my public dashboard?

The iframe contains subtle in-frame VerifiedMRR provenance. It does not add a separate link to your parent page unless you choose the “iframe + optional attribution” snippet, which links visibly to the hosted dashboard.

Does publishing expose transactions or customer data?

No. Public output is built from selected aggregates. It excludes credentials, internal identifiers, transaction records, customer and card data, email addresses, and operational metadata.

Are ranged or compact numbers still verified?

They are presentation formats derived from the same source-backed aggregate. If the selected period includes a manual revenue entry, the page discloses that and removes the fully verified label.

How do I stop sharing?

Disable the variation to revoke its hosted and embed URLs, or delete it permanently. Your private workspace and connected providers remain intact.
