Privacy Policy

VerifiedMRR is built to show your revenue privately. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle provider credentials and analytics data.

Last updated: July 6, 2026

Who operates VerifiedMRR

VerifiedMRR is a SimpleBytes project. You can contact support from inside the app for privacy, security, billing, or account deletion requests.

Information you provide

When you create an account, we store account details such as your email address, name, authentication records, workspace membership, and billing state.

When you connect a payment provider, you provide a provider credential or API key. VerifiedMRR validates that credential server-side and stores it encrypted so it can sync reporting data for your workspace.

Payment and revenue data

VerifiedMRR imports provider-reported revenue data needed to build your dashboard, including account metadata, project names, normalized money events, refunds, disputes, fees where available, aggregate totals, sync status, and sync warnings.

VerifiedMRR is not designed to store customer card data. We do not intentionally collect full card numbers, payment method details, or customer lists from your providers.

Billing data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We store the Stripe customer or checkout identifiers needed to manage your VerifiedMRR access. Stripe handles payment card processing under its own terms and privacy policy.

Analytics

We use OpenPanel analytics to understand product usage, including page views, signups, checkout steps, sample dashboard previews, provider connection events, and workspace activation. Analytics events may include workspace identifiers, plan status, connected account counts, and high-level provider names.

We use this data to improve onboarding, find broken flows, and understand conversion from free preview to paid live-provider usage.

How we use information

We use your information to operate the service, authenticate users, sync connected provider data, calculate revenue dashboards, provide support, prevent abuse, process billing, and improve the product.

We do not sell your revenue data. VerifiedMRR is private by default and does not publish workspace data unless you explicitly enable a public or link-only aggregate dashboard.

Sharing

We share data with service providers that help us run VerifiedMRR, such as hosting, database, authentication, payment processing, and analytics providers.

If you enable a public or link-only dashboard, VerifiedMRR displays only the aggregate fields, project names, provider names, and sync timestamp selected by that configuration. It does not publish credentials, account identifiers, transactions, customers, or event metadata. You can disable or delete each shared view independently.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the security of VerifiedMRR, or to investigate abuse.

Security and retention

Provider credentials are encrypted before storage and used only for server-side reporting syncs. You can disconnect a provider account to delete its stored credential.

You can request workspace deletion from the app. Deletion removes VerifiedMRR-owned workspace data, including connected account credentials, imported revenue data, aggregates, and settings, subject to operational backups or records we must keep for legal or billing reasons.

Your choices

You can disconnect provider accounts, request password resets, sign out, and request workspace deletion from the product. You can also contact support from inside the app for access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions.
