These terms describe how you may use VerifiedMRR. By creating an account, connecting a provider, or buying access, you agree to these terms.

VerifiedMRR provides a private revenue dashboard that imports reporting data from payment providers and related revenue systems. The product is for informational reporting and operating decisions.
VerifiedMRR does not move money, issue refunds, change provider settings, or replace accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity in your workspace. You must provide accurate account and billing information.
You may only connect provider accounts that you own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for making sure your use of VerifiedMRR complies with the terms of the providers you connect.
VerifiedMRR asks for scoped or dedicated server-side credentials where providers support them. You should grant the lowest access needed for reporting and revoke access from the provider dashboard if you stop using VerifiedMRR.
By connecting a provider, you authorize VerifiedMRR to use the credential to read reporting data and create dashboard aggregates for your workspace.
VerifiedMRR offers a free workspace with the sample dashboard and 1 connected live provider account. Higher connection limits require paid access.
The early lifetime deal is limited to the available LTD spots shown in the product. Standard pricing is $9.99/month billed yearly after the LTD allocation. Payments are processed by Stripe, and taxes, fees, or currency conversion may depend on Stripe and your location.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass plan limits, probe or attack the infrastructure, reverse engineer the service, upload malicious material, connect accounts you are not authorized to use, or use VerifiedMRR to violate laws or provider terms.
Your workspace data remains yours. You grant VerifiedMRR the limited rights needed to operate the service, including storing, processing, displaying, and syncing your provider reporting data for your workspace.
VerifiedMRR is private by default. Public and link-only dashboards are opt-in, scoped, configurable, and revocable; you are responsible for the aggregate numbers, project names, and descriptions you choose to publish.
We aim to keep VerifiedMRR reliable, but the service may change, pause, or experience downtime. Provider APIs can change or fail, and some providers may not expose every field, such as exact processing fees.
We may update features, provider support, limits, pricing for future customers, or these terms as the product evolves.
VerifiedMRR is provided as is and as available. Revenue numbers depend on provider data, credentials, API availability, sync timing, and normalization rules.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerifiedMRR and SimpleBytes are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using VerifiedMRR at any time and request workspace deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, abuse the service, or fail to pay required fees.
